These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Divine Healing Hypnotherapy Certification course, the divinehealingcourse.com website, and any associated materials (collectively, the "Course"). The Course is owned and operated by Susan Lawrence and GetJoyful.com ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing, enrolling, or otherwise accessing the Course, you agree to these Terms.

1. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content in the Course — including but not limited to video lessons, audio recordings, scripts, intake and follow-up forms, subliminal recordings, meditations, books, PDFs, images, text, module structure, the RESET Technique©, and the Divine Healing Hypnotherapy methodology — is the exclusive property of Susan Lawrence and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

The RESET Technique© and Divine Healing Hypnotherapy are proprietary methods created by Susan Lawrence.

2. License to You

When you enroll, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and view the Course content for your own individual education and professional development. You may use the intake forms, follow-up forms, and hypnosis scripts with your own private clients in your practice.

3. What You May Not Do

Without our prior written permission, you may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, resell, license, sublicense, or exploit any portion of the Course;
• Record, download, screen-capture, or otherwise duplicate any video, audio, or written material;
• Share your login credentials or Course access with anyone else;
• Teach, present, host, or offer any training, workshop, class, or certification derived from or substantially similar to the Course;
• Represent the RESET Technique©, Divine Healing Hypnotherapy, or any Course material as your own creation;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, watermark, or attribution notice;
• Use the Course content to train, fine-tune, or feed any machine-learning or AI model.

Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund, revocation of any certification issued, and legal action for damages and injunctive relief.

4. Certification — Scope & Limitations

Completion of the Course and its assessment awards a private certificate of completion in Divine Healing Hypnotherapy issued by Susan Lawrence. This certificate is educational in natureand is not a government license, state license, professional counseling license, medical license, or mental-health license of any kind, and it does not qualify a graduate to practice as a licensed psychologist, therapist, counselor, physician, or other regulated healthcare professional.

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, licensure requirements, scope-of-practice rules, and business regulations that apply to hypnotherapy or coaching where you live and work.

5. Not Medical, Psychological, or Legal Advice

The Course is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical care, psychiatric care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment of any physical or mental condition. Nothing in the Course constitutes medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. If you or a client is in crisis, experiencing suicidal thoughts, or dealing with a serious mental-health or medical condition, seek appropriate licensed professional help immediately.

6. Assumption of Risk & Practitioner Responsibility

Hypnotherapy, regression, and inner-child work can surface strong emotions and repressed material. As a Course graduate, you accept full, sole, and independent responsibility for:

• Screening clients appropriately and referring out when a case is beyond your training;
• Obtaining informed consent from every client;
• Maintaining confidentiality and any applicable insurance;
• Practicing within your legal scope of practice and jurisdiction;
• The outcomes, effects, and consequences of any session you conduct.

7. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific client outcome, healing result, income, business result, or career outcome from taking the Course or using its techniques. Individual results vary.

8. Release & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify Susan Lawrence, GetJoyful.com, and their affiliates, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Course or its materials;
• Any session you conduct with a client, including any physical, emotional, psychological, financial, or reputational outcome;
• Your representations to third parties about your training, certification, or scope of practice;
• Your breach of these Terms.

In no event will our aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you actually paid for the Course. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Course at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, including any intellectual-property or credential-sharing restriction. No refund is owed in the event of termination for cause.

11. DMCA & Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, or you believe someone is distributing our Course content without permission, contact us at susan@getjoyful.com with details and we will investigate.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Course after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
